System performance has returned to normal. Appointment imports, exports to EMR/PM systems, and patient movement within the Phreesia Dashboard are all operating as expected. We will continue to monitor to ensure stability.

Update

Our Engineering team is continuing to investigate the issue. We’re seeing improvements within the Phreesia Dashboard, particularly with patients moving between sections. Delays may still occur with appointments importing into the Dashboard and exporting information to EMR/PM systems.
