Investigating - We have received reports of other carriers being impacted by the texting delays. Our vendor continues to investigate these delays and provide updates.

Please continue to use email to send mobile workflows to patients if they are not receiving text messages in a timely manner.

Investigating - We are currently seeing delays with delivering texts via Patient Chat, Broadcasts, and mobile workflows to patients using AT&T. We have escalated the issue to our vendor for investigation and resolution.

Please use email to send mobile workflows to patients if they are not receiving text messages in a timely manner.
