Update
Our Zone 3 Migration is taking longer than expected. We are happy to report that all customer data has been successfully migrated to our new data center. Our engineering and development teams are currently working diligently to test, verify and restore all Phreesia services as soon as possible.

Currently the Phreesia Dashboard is available and payment transactions can be completed.

Please expect service interruptions as our team completes this migration.

We will continue to update our status page with the latest information. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause your practice.

Scheduled
Phreesia will be performing scheduled Zone 3 maintenance on the night of Friday, Oct. 15 and into the morning of Saturday, Oct. 16. The migration will happen overnight during our scheduled maintenance window, from 12 AM to 6 AM EDT on Oct 16.

We expect the migration to require the full duration of the maintenance window, and we expect Phreesia services to be severely impacted during this timeframe. Patients attempting to register, pay or schedule appointments online during this time will be directed to an “Upgrade in Progress” page and asked to complete these tasks at a later time.

We do not expect any loss of data or functionality – though certain services may be impaired during the day on Saturday, Oct. 16. We have established a comprehensive roll-back plan in the event of unforeseen circumstances during the migration and a back-up payment service will be available if needed.

Pads and Arrival stations will need to be rebooted after the migration. It is preferable to shut them off at the end of the day Friday in anticipation of the migration.

If you have any questions about our upcoming Zone 3 data center migration – please reach out to your account owner with any questions.

We will continue to use our status page to communicate real time updates. Please subscribe in advance by clicking “Subscribe to Updates” in the top right corner.

We do not anticipate any impact to Zone 1, 2 and 4 customers.
