Earlier today, some users in certain geographic regions, primarily on the West Coast, may have experienced slowness while accessing the Phreesia platform and completing intake forms.

Our investigation indicates this was related to regional ISP/network routing degradation and was not a widespread Phreesia platform issue. Phreesia systems and infrastructure remained operating normally.

We are no longer receiving reports of slowness, and performance has remained stable.
